Over the past couple of weeks, a few of our Squad gymnasts have been competing in the Gloucestershire County Classic Challenge 4-piece competition at the Forest of Dean!
The girls have worked extremely hard on their routines over the last couple of months, and their hard work paid off with all 8 girls walking away from the competition with something ✨
Zinc Results:
Charlotte M - 1st on Floor, 2nd on Beam, 3rd on Bars, 3rd on Vault, 1st Overall and COUNTY CHAMPION! 🏆
Sophia - 1st on Beam, 2nd on Bars, 3rd on Floor and 2nd Overall!
Lily - 2nd on Vault and 4th Overall!
Charlotte B - 3rd on Beam and 5th Overall!
Fliss - 1st on Vault, 3rd on Beam and 5th Overall!
Tin Results:
Martha - 1st on Vault, 2nd on Floor, 3rd on Beam and 3rd Overall!
Isabelle - 3rd on Vault and 5th Overall!
Isla - 6th Overall!
The girls showcased a few new skills in a competitive environment including Front Somersaults and Round-off Flics on Floor, Split Leaps on Beam and Tsuk preps on Vault.
The coaches continue to be blown away by the group's determination and dedication during the competition season and look forward to seeing what they achieve next season!
