For those on the path towards Squad and 4/6-Piece Competitions, we offer 2 hour sessions, where gymnasts learn more advanced moves and techniques and unlock the expertise from our coaching team. There's more equipment time and more time to perfect your floor skills, build confidence and have the opportunity to enter competitions throughout the year.

We currently offer two sessions:

The 6-8pm is our Competition Development group aimed at gymnasts who are keen to start competing for the club.

The 4-6pm currently caters for our Non-Competition Development group, for those wanting to develop their skills but are not keen to compete.

These sessions are by invitation only.
