Our Birthday Parties
Our Gymnastics and Ninja parties allow your budding gymnasts to experience an exciting range of gymnastics equipment, such as our fast track, sprung floor, beams, bars, trampettes, vault, Ninja Blocks and foam pit. For our younger guests we can also provide additional soft play.
You will have exclusive use of the whole facility with our qualified, experienced and fun coaches, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the party. At the end of the party, we also include a few party games to make sure everyone gets involved.​

What's included?
Exclusive Use of our fantastic gymnasium and its KIT for an hour including party games! You are accompanied at all times by our qualified coaches and gymnastic assistants.

After working up an appetite in the gym, you then have exclusive use of our party room (45mins) for your gymnasts to refuel in, ready for their next adventure.

Please note all our parties are self-catered.
When?
When are they Available?
Parties are normally only available on Sundays as during the term our gymnasts are busy in their sessions.
We maybe able to accommodate other days throughout the school holidays, so please do contact us with your requirements.

We’re here to help your child have a great party.
So please make sure you read through all our terms and conditions and are happy before you email us to book your child's party.
Terms and Conditions:
Payment terms & cancellations:
A party must be paid for in full, at the time of booking to guarantee the slot. Cancellations up until 6 weeks prior to the party date will be eligible for a 100% of the party cost to be refunded. Cancellations less than 6 weeks but 4 weeks before the scheduled start time, will be eligible for 50% of the party cost to be refunded. Cancellations less than 4 weeks before the scheduled start time, will only be eligible for 25% of the party cost to be refunded. If, for some unforeseen reason, we have to cancel a party, 100% of the monies will be refunded. If there are adverse weather conditions and the party venue is unable to open on the day of the party, we can postpone the party to another date acceptable to both parties.
Party bookings can be made for less than the required minimum number of guests; but will still be charged for the minimum number of party guests.
General:
The party room will be available 30 minutes before your gymnast’s hour in the gym is due to finish. The room is decorated with a large Birthday Banner and tablecloths, however, please feel free to decorate the table as you wish, stand-alone balloons are allowed, but please do not tape, stick anything additional to the rooms walls.
You will then have 15 minutes after your party time has finished to clear up any decorations and food and drink items. The party room must be vacated at the latest, 15 minutes after the end of the Party time slot, to enable us to prepare for the following booking. It is the party organisers responsibility to ensure all your group’s property is removed by this time.
The Party Organiser is responsible for:
-Ensuring that the details of your booking are correct and alerting the Club to any amendments required, in line with the Terms & Conditions of booking.
-Making sure that we are aware of any additional needs for your party group.
-You must always remain within the building throughout the party.
-You must ensure the party room is left clean, clear tables and floor, washing up done, all rubbish collected in the bins provided.
-Ensuring all children always wear socks on the gymnasium equipment.
Dress Code:
For children’s safety and protection of the Gym equipment, please no buckles and zips, no jewellery/watches, no denim (we advise leggings or tracksuit bottoms for comfort), no jackets to be worn in the gym, and long hair must be tied up. Confirmation of your party booking is based upon your acceptance and adherence to our Party Terms & Conditions.
