REGISTRATION:
Registration will be sign posted on arrival at site and is open 30minutes before your gymnasts session starts. On arriving at registration, please check the signs to see which queue to join to register your gymnast. If one guardian can accompany their gymnast as there is limited space in the registration area. Once registered with us, your gymnasts will then be chaperoned by our volunteers to join the rest of their group and returned to you after the display. Instructions on how to collect your gymnast  will be given out during the performance.

Spectators are then able to head to the Sports Hall to take their seat for the performance. Signage will show you where to queue

WHAT TO BRING:

All gymnasts will need to arrive at registration ready to perform, 30mins before their session start time. This means that they should be wearing the clothes they will perform in, hair tied back and all jewellery removed. The only personal items they will keep with them is their shoes and one top layer for warmth (Shoes that are easy to put on and take off would be appreciated)!
Please take any of your gymnast's coats, jumpers, bags away with you once they are registered. 
If costumes are involved, further detail will be sent to you from our membership manager, this is a nice to have but not a necessity and an alternative will be given.

CAR PARKING:

We ask that parents and spectators share cars where possible to ensure spaces for everyone. Please park sensibly, taking extra care around pedestrians. There will be parking marshals on hand to direct you, please be considerate as they are volunteering and there to help.

There are 2 car parks within the school grounds (see map). Please follow the instructions of the car park marshals who will guide you. There is also public parking in the skate park next to the school. As this is a public car park, the Club accepts no responsibility for your car whilst in this car park. Please use the gate in the fence to access the school, this will be manned and closed before the start and end of each performance.

If you are solely dropping off your gymnast, please use the drop-off area next to the tennis courts (see map). Please note, we do not accept any responsibility for gymnasts until they are registered with us.

REFRESHMENTS & RAFFLE: 

Drinks, snacks and raffle tickets will be on sale in the Sports Hall immediately before and after the performance.

 

TICKETS:

Are currently limited to 2 per family/household. This is to ensure that all of our gymnasts get the opportunity to have support at this event. If more than 2 are purchased before the 21st November 2026, when any remaining tickets go on general sale, the club reserves the right to cancel any purchased additional tickets and will issue a refund minus a transaction charge of £1 per ticket.
