SENIORS ROUTINE

Floor Routine (completed in this order):

1. Run in to round-off

2. One foot balance (Arabesque or Y Balance)

3. Backward roll to stride

4. Full turn jump

5. Two connected cartwheels (BONUS: Handstand forward roll instead 0.2)

6. Bridge (BONUS: Backbend 0.1 or Forward/Backward Walkover 0.2)

7. BONUS: Fully down in any splits 0.1

8. Finish and Present
