Recreational
We have many 1 hour sessions available for all ages and abilities and is a great way to get started in gymnastics. We cover general gymnastics skills and artistic apparatus and is our most popular type of session.

Squad
For gymnasts who want to push themselves, enter competitions for the club at county and regional level and perform in displays throughout the year. Our display and competition squad sessions are our top tier sessions and something to aspire to. We hold trials throughout the year and actively look for talented young gymnasts with the right attitude to join the squad!

FreeG
This area of gymnastics has gained popularity in the last few years at Cotswold Gymnastics Club and we run a dedicated Freestyle session. The combination of traditional gymnastics infused with tricks, free running and parkour has especially attracted teenagers of which are predominately boys.  We currently take 11+ year olds in this session and recommend your child is already able in gymnastics or trampoline.

MYGym
Cotswold Gymnastics Club has found that this type of session is particularly popular with teenage girls. We run two sessions where we give our teenage gymnasts an active role in the ownership of their gymnastic activities. Not only does it give them a platform to progress their gymnastic skills it is also a place where friendships develop. It is our desire to allow more time in the gym for this group of gymnasts.

Display Squad
Could you dance, lift, be part of a team?! ..... Cotswold Gymnastics Club performs live routines at schools, shows, events and dedicated Gym Fusion Festivals throughout the year. We combine tall & small, strong alongside flexible to show case what we do as a club. Over the last year we have set up a session purely for display work.  We have found that it has been invaluable in keeping our ‘Elite’ gymnasts involved in the sport after they have retired from competition, left school and developed into adults. But there's no age limit, we typically hold trials at the start of the year with selection criteria made available in advance and it's open to all gymnasts in the club and ideal for those who like to perform to a crowd!

Disability Gymnastics Programme
Our club is fully inclusive and accommodates gymnasts with disabilities. Developing the club to the next step would mean that sessions could be introduced and especially designed and adapted to meet the needs of each gymnast focusing on what they can do rather than what they can’t do. We have registered with the ‘I’m in’ initiative and are looking forward to developing our knowledge in this area and implementing what we learn.

Adults
A 1-hour session every Friday evening, we cater for a small number of adults, no matter what experience. We train artistic gym - floor skills, tumbling, small trampoline and DMT, vault, bars and other apparatus. This is run as a Pay As You Go session £6.00 per session (+ termly insurance fee), turn up and have a go!
