Session structures vary according to discipline and length of session but our most popular and frequent are 1 hour recreational gymnastics sessions.
They typically include
5 minutes warm up / pulse raiser I.e. a game
10 minutes stretching and conditioning
10 minutes floor skills such as cartwheels, rolls, handstands
30 minutes equipment rotation. This will vary and include bars, vault, beam, track, trampette.
5 minutes cool down and finish
